  • Break overwhelming tasks down into 15 minutes chunks of time and do the simple tasks first.
  • Hunt for obvious trash and dispose of properly.
  • Find what needs to be repaired and store those items temporarily 
  • Donate or recycle or return to the original owner unneeded items
  • Finally, find a "home" for your keepers.
