Project Management Office, a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, Inc. Lou also has over 25 years of IT industry experience including roles as a
Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Human Resources Generalist, Software Tester, Sr. Information Technology Manager, Program
Manager, Project Manager, Software Implementation and Training Director, and Program Director . His has a BS Degree in Computer
Information Systems from Central State University and an MBA Degree from Thomas More College . He also earned the CompTIA
Project+ Certified Professional certification from CompTIA and the Project Management Professional certification from PMI. Lou is
married, with two sons, 10 and 7, and a daughter, age 1 year old.
