Amy Head, licensed Social Worker gives us strategies for working with clients when they have an emotional breakdown. Learn how to find out what they are feeling. Learn to understand that feeling of vulnerability. Get strategies for handling the situation gracefully and professionally. This session may also include role playing that will prepare us for this sticky situation.
