We and our clients collect multitudes of business cards during our daily lives. But, what do you do with them? They have little value to us without developing the "R", the relationship, with the actual person. Alanna Galiano of Emerging Technologies will help us grow our businesses, and those of our clients, by giving us practical tips and solutions to help us put the important information into Client Relationship Management systems. We will learn how to keep track of leads, qualified prospects, clients and our interactions with them.
