Workshop Title: The Challenges of Downsizing: How to Decide What to Keep, Sell or Donate
Description: Just moved in? About to move? Lived in the same place for many years? Have your children recently left home? Have they recently moved from children to adolescent status? All of these life changes and just a need to “freshen up your space” can prompt a desire to re-think current furniture, storage and accessories needs. Before you buy more, take another look at what you are currently using. We will conduct a virtual tour through your home and discover the “unseen” items you walk by everyday. We will discuss specific problems you bring to the workshop. Write them down! Trouble with color selection to mix old and new? Bring photos and measurements if appropriate! This will be a hands on workshop to change your frowns to smiles. Find out what a great partner Finders Keepers is on your journey!

Workshop Title: Tips for Organizing, Saving, & Digitizing Your Photos
Description: Jiffy, with business partner Wally Buckner, will discuss and take questions regarding how to organize and preserve the "tangible" photos you have, how to organize the "digital" photos you have and Mac and PC options for identifying and storing information about those pictures. Also, we'll talk about the scanning and photo restoration of photos (prints, negatives and slides) so you can both preserve and share your family's photographic memories.
About Jiffy Page: Jiffy started Pixorium in the fall of 2006 in response to her own frustration with managing all the family pictures and the despair she saw of Hurricane Katrina victims who lost all their family photographs.
Five years later, Pixorium, Atlanta’s photostorytelling business, has helped hundreds of Atlanta-area clients preserve, save and share their photos (prints, slides, negatives, videos, film) and stories by digitizing the images and telling the stories in videos, books and other fun ways.
Jiffy’s own story includes lots of moves as a child, a career in magazine print sales, work as a sales consultant, writer and publication designer, stepmother at 25, entrepreneur at 45 and a marvelous cast of characters in her husband, children, family and friends. You can reach her at jiffy.page@pixorium.com or by visitingwww.pixorium.com.
