  • Start small, as it is easy to get overwhelmed by big projects. You don't have to finish the project all at once.
  • When downsizing or getting rid of stuff, enlist the help of a friend or neutral party who will give you honest feedback.
  • Ask yourself, "What do I want to achieve?"
  • "What's possible in the future?"
  • "What makes this important in my life right now?"
